LDU water bypass kit changes the direction of water flow from flowing though the rotor to completely bypassing it. The major problem on the LDU motor is the coolant seal on the rotor wears out and begins leaking coolant into the motors stator, bearings and inverter. If it’s not caught on time it eventually destroys the motor. leaving you stranded with an expensive fix.
